“One of the things I was most apprehensive about in the non-profit world was the grant-writing process. It seemed very intimidating and just overwhelming but working with Ginny has created a new confidence for me in telling the story of what my organization does and seeks to accomplish in the years to come. I feel as though we can accomplish so much more with these new tools Ginny has helped us to build and prepare for the funding seasons.” – Jordan Welch, Executive Director at Yahweh Ryse

“I was initially concerned with hiring a consultant. Would it be worth the money? I can confirm that it definitely was. Ginny Giles conveyed a lot of information, delivered in concise chunks that were easy to absorb. The structure was clear, logical and effective. Ginny obviously has knowledge and expertise in the non-profit world. But it wasn’t just about the new knowledge. The main benefits came from doing assignments, receiving individual feedback and interacting with Ginny.  Ginny also prepared and lead our board retreat.  It gave our board members the confidence and knowledge to transition our organization to the next phase.” – Tomilyn Ward, Executive Direct of MAYA Organization
